Monitor Stands
To achieve proper head and neck posture at a computer, it is often necessary for the monitor to be placed above desk level. Generally it is best to place the monitor at a height such that the top of the screen is at eye level when the user is seated. If the user wears bifocals or trifocals the monitor should be placed at a height which allows the user to maintain an upright head and neck position when working at the computer.
